Our platform works with most IP-based cameras. We assess your setup before any agreement is made and confirm compatibility upfront — so there’s no risk, no surprises, and no cost until we know it works for you.

We’ll assess your current setup and, if needed, provide clear guidance on whether extra cameras are required and where to place them. New IP cameras are significantly cheaper than traditional counting hardware, and can also support your existing security setup. That means more value, for lower cost.

Once you provide access to your existing cameras, we handle the rest. Typically deliver your first results within days. If new cameras are needed, the timeline will depend on the installation requirements

You keep all insights and reports. Based on the results and timing, we’ll help you explore the next steps in our product suite — moving from people counting to complete visibility of visitor behavior.
